**Job Responsibilities**: 

1. Respond to customer complaints in the designated region and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.

2. Provide on-site support for project grid connection, offering technical assistance and guidance on installation and maintenance.

3. Handle the rolling management of all spare parts within the region.

4. Conduct regular visits to clients, collecting their opinions and suggestions regarding the products, and relay feedback to the headquarters.

5. Execute other tasks as assigned by superiors.

**Qualifications**: 

1. Bachelor's degree or above, specializing in Power Electronics or Electrochemistry.

2. At least 1 year of after-sales service experience.

3. Fluent spoken English and a CET-4 certification.
