The newly formed strategic partnership between Suntrade Group AB and Nordeway Energy AB has selected ZOE Energy’s cabinet battery solutions for a 1 MW / 2 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. This initiative marks a key step in advancing the Nordic energy storage market and reinforces the confidence in ZOE’s technology and local service capabilities.

Using ZOE cabinet batteries, with their local support and proven operational reliability, gives us extra security. This decision strengthens both our partnership and the viability of the project.” The facility is anticipated to be installed and ready for validation as early as October 2025.

Moreover, the system is compatible with multiple aggregators, providing security and flexibility for investments as well as long-term business stability. The collaboration underscores ZOE’s growing influence and reputation within the European energy storage sector.

Penny He, General Manager of ZOE Energy Storage stated: “Being selected by industry leaders like Suntrade and Nordeway confirms that our solutions are designed to meet the most demanding requirements for performance and profitability. We are not just powering projects—we are enabling strategic advancements across the energy sector.”
